From the North Eastern coast of Spain. An intriguing blend of Chardonnay with the indigenous varietal Xarel-lo one of the grapes used in the blend for Cava- Spain’s leading sparkling wine. Since the 2019 vintage the vineyards have been declared organic & the wine is vegan.

Tasting notes:
A full-flavoured white wine bursting with nectarine and peach notes with touches of pear and white flowers. A creamy mouthfeel, perfectly balanced with a lifted citrus finish.

Pairing:
Great with spicy seafood & chicken dishes, such as Chilli Crab, or Laksa.
